We definitely have a basketball player not a soccer player.

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving. Mike smoked a turkey the night before just for fun (I loved it). We had a delicious dinner at Joe and Jenn Haroldsen's house. We love spending time with family.
Mike really wanted a real Christmas tree this year. The only condition I had was that we could get it home in the car. I love the real tree and it fit in the car.

Halloween!!

We have had a great Halloween! Cooper was Super Cooper and enjoyed crawling around with his cape. We carved pumpkins, had a Halloween party, went Trunk or Treating, and all dressed up. More pictures to come.

Getting Bigger

I can't believe Cooper is already 81/2 months! He has done a lot of new things lately. On Saturday he said his first word BALL. His favorite toys are balls, books, and empty boxes. He loves to pull himself up on everything and has scaled the wall a couple of times. He has his two bottom teeth and makes some pretty funny faces. Enjoy the videos!

First Mom Project

Cooper has become a little more adventurous and has also started to like to play peek-a-boo. All of these things are fun except for when I am trying to feed him especially in public. So, I went on a search to find a nursing cover that was bigger than the one I already had. A very kind new mom told me about makeitandloveit.blogspot.com. It had a great pattern and so this week I tried it out. I am so excited it is just what I was looking for and I was able to make it quickly. I also am proud to say that for the first time I used my sewing machine! I only have had it for almost 2 years.

Our Summer So Far!

We have had a wonderful summer so far. Our family has gone to Oregon and had a ton of fun with lots of family. Steven was able to visit us before he left for the MTC. We are so excited for him and know he will do a great job. Cooper loves swimming in the little pool in our backyard. We have had so many adventures this summer and have more to come.

He is Ticklish

There are 3 new posts. Be sure to check them all out.

Bath Time

Cooper loves baths!

15 Weeks on Monday

We are just as surprised as he is with how fast he's growing. We have enjoyed this past few months. A few of the things Cooper is now doing: Sleeping through most nights, laughs, always making some sort of cooing sound (his favorite is a gargling sound), grab things and bring them to his mouth. We have a toy that when you pull it, it vibrates and and makes noise. Just yesterday, he learned how to work it. Fun stuff. Here are a few pics for you all to enjoy.

He doesn't do dead to the world like your kids Jenn T. He is stiff as a board all the time.

This was the outfit he was blessed in.
We found a bunch of Nike onesies at Ross. This is one of them.

Coopers Blessing

Last Sunday I was able to bless Cooper. It was an awesome experience to say the least. Both of our parents were able to make it along with lots of other friends and family. Thanks for coming those that were able to make it.

Uncle Jess brought Grandmother down. She looked great as she usually does.

Four generations of Haroldsen

Grandpa and Grandma Brown came too.

This is Coop's easter outfit. Vivian Long got the vest and shirt for him. Thank you Sister Long.

Update

Here are a few pics to update all of you on Cooper the Super Duper Pooper.

On the left Cooper is one month. On the right he is one month and one week.

Lacey and the boys came to visit before they moved to South Carolina. It was good to get to spend some time with them.

Cooper loved it. He would talk to Brandon and Andrew and smile at them the whole time.

Past Couple Weeks

The past few week have great.....during the day that is. Here are a few pics of Coop.
I think Ang scared him.
Ang is a great mother. She is also a patient wife/women.
This is his baseball outfit. It says Daddy's All-Star. My favorite part is the shoes.
Naps on Sunday. One of my favorite things do.
Having Cooper be more aware of his surroundings has been fun. He still chooses the curtains over anything. But he is starting to look at us more and more. On Monday Cooper will be 4 weeks. Crazy.

He's Here!!

We had an exciting Monday this week. Cooper David Haroldsen was born at 5:14 p.m. He was 19 1/2 inches and 7 lbs. Everyone is doing well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect baby. We are crossing our fingers that it continues.
